Entrepreneurial Challenge business games are high-touch experience, focusing more on the game and less on the teaching. They are fast-paced, engaging, challenging and fun. This is a fast paced, open-ended business simulation, ideal for the fun portion of a meeting or event. Working in teams, participants gain an experience of what it is like to operate a business in a competitive market. They make all the decisions - production, marketing, sales, finance, and own all the results.
Total engagement overcomes bleary eyes and other reluctance. Teams and long-term professional friendships are built in a challenging game environment.

Tougher than regular Entrepreneurial Challenge, this workshop has more strategic elements along with some well-timed twists. It is high energy (for the facilitators too!) with super-high engagement for senior managers and executives. Teams are given time to create their initial strategies, and thereafter the activity becomes intense. There is limited time available for reflection and considered decision-making; encouraging participants to learn experientially and on the fly.
