As part of Income/Outcome University 2008 we invited our national and international distributors to play our newest business simulation Entrepreneurial Challenge. This marked the global release of the game which offers business acumen and team-building in a ‘stealth-learning’ environment.
These people use the Income/Outcome business simulations to provide business literacy training around the world, and this was their chance to focus on playing the game. Here’s how they did:
Jose Maria Zamoro of Teneo Consulting in Spain; and Dr. Helmut Hergeth, College of Textiles, North Carolina State University were members of the the first place team M and M (Overall retained earnings of 84!).
Kia Kaha had Leon Grandy from MP Capital in New Zealand, and Dr. Alison Keefe from Coles School of Business Kennesaw State University. They were a close second with retained earnings of 82!
Third place, with earnings of 70, was taken by Cosmopolita, with team members Pilar Lacasta from Teneo Consulting, S.L., Joe Kuvshinikov from Kent State University and newcomer Alejandra Ibarra of Uruguay.
Fourth, with earnings of 68, was taken by BestCo which included Maria Chow from Spark Asia in Singapore.
Fifth and Sixth, with results of 62 and 59 respectively were teams Yellow Tail and Royals R Us.
Yellow Tail included Bill Corbett from Brookcor in Australia, Rami Joseph of Aviv in Israel and Steve Rezac from NuVue Solutions in the US. Royals R Us included Jack Howe from Drumbeat Productions in the US and Israel Yogev, also from Aviv.
