A business simulation to build business acumen competencies

Business Acumen with Finance, Strategy and Decision-Making
We have a family of business games; our business simulation workshops focuses on business drivers and decision-making skills that are appropriate to the audience.

  • In the real world, hourly earners make decisions that impact efficiency, quality, and costing and they need a business game that reflects these dynamics.
  • Similarly, senior executives make decisions about expanding into new product lines and new geographic markets and they need a business game that reflects this level of decision-making.

Everyone needs to understand that their everyday decisions impact the bottom line result (and more); our simulations give employees managers relevant, real-world dynamics, and lets them experience this impact.  Workshops last from 3 hours to 3 days, the simulation complexity and learning content are tailored to meet the needs of the target audience.

Andromeda Training created this innovative ‘flexible platform’ in 1996. The simulations remain unique in their use of common imagery, common dynamics, and common language throughout the range of audience-specific workshops. This commonality continues into The Company Board, our proprietary presentation of your company’s current financial position.

The family of workshops is outlined below.  We also offer Entrepreneurial Challenge, a highly engaging workshop that runs in 3 - 4 hours.  The workshop is easy for you to pick up and start running yourself!  And it is ideal for large meetings!
