business simulations company Robin Helweg-Larsen, Co-Founder - Robin co-founded Andromeda Training Inc. with Eliza in 1993. They co-created the family of Income/Outcome business simulations and Company Board business visualizer. He has led thousands of business simulations and trained hundreds of business people to lead effective workshops. In 1996 he co-developed a business simulation for Michelin. They have put some 30,000 people through our workshops.

A milestone was reached in 2003, when Michelin trained its 10,000th employee with Income/Outcome.
business simulations company Nikolai Usack, VP Sales - Nikolai leads corporate sales and manages a network of international distributors. His previous work for Income/Outcome included training finance managers; facilitating classroom trainings; and training trainers at client companies. Earlier, Nikolai was Change Management Program Manager for financial services company BearingPoint. He has also served the American Red Cross as Trainer and as Business Analyst.
business simulations company Dr. Helmut Hergeth, Senior Facilitator - Helmut has facilitated hundreds of Income/Outcome workshops since 2002. He also works as Associate Professor in the College of Textiles at NC State University. He has taught in Executive MBA programs at Kennesaw State, the University of Minnesota, and UNC Chapel Hill. He has also worked for Akzo-Nobel and at the University of Münster. A widely published author, Helmut holds an MBA and a PhD in Business Management and Economics from the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster, Germany.

business simulations company Carolyn Portanova - Before joining Income/Outcome, Carolyn served Apple Computers as Quality Assurance and Performance Facilitator, a role that involved coaching 20 online sales agents for the Apple online store. As an Associate at Werner-Gershon Associates, she handled financials and accounting. Earlier, she worked as Manager, Domestic Sales Support for Besnier USA. Carolyn holds a B.A. in French Language and Literature from Manhattanville College in New York.
