The Financial Acumen workshop we developed in conjunction with Saudi Electricity Company in 2011 has now led to the signing of a two-year Agreement with them. We are scheduled to provide Income/Outcome workshops for hundreds of executives and senior managers, in both English and Arabic, in both 2-day and 3-day formats.

The work will be performed in four training locations, in Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah and Abha. I have been working with Abdulla Al-Zamil to train up additional facilitators based in Al-Khobar. Saudi Electricity has a workforce of 30,000 employees, and a need to meet a demand for electrical power that is growing at 8% a year.

The workshops are designed primarily to provide improved decision-making at both the strategic and the day-to-day level, but they will also support other initiatives such as culture change, increased efficiency and a reduction in employee turnover.

All Income/Outcome workshops to date have been extremely well received.
